JetBlue TrueBlue - True Blue Accrual

A bit confused by a recent trip I took, PBI-JFK-BOS-PBI...

I was credited with points for the PBI-JFK and the BOS-PBI but got nothing for my JFK-BOS. Doesn't that qualify for the short flight 2 points? (Or does JetBlue just credit me for the PBI-(JFK)-BOS 4 points as one flight?

Was the JFK-BOS leg a connecting flight or a separate booked flight? I don't think they credit on connections. I may be wrong, but call TrueBlue to double check.

Yes, it was a connection. You must be right, thanks! Oh well, JetBlue's probably smart to not exactly be mileage run friendly.
