My flight next week puts me into PVR at 11:10pm. Only a handful of car rental agencies allow an 11:30pm pickup, presumably because past their closing time (Alamo, National, Advantage show on Orbitz, for example). Made my res with Alamo (which apprently is the same place as National). However, Alamo.mx shows that this location closes 9pm, alamo.com shows that it closes at midnight and nationalcar.com shows that it is 24/7.
Does anyone have any idea how late they are open? I'd really hate to land and not have a car.

My best bet would be to call them directly and ask. Inform them of your reservation and your arrival time, take down the name of the person you spoke with (first and last) and keep in your records.

That turned out to be bad advice. Even though I was assured that they remain open until midnight, I landed at 11pm and Alamo had shut down. What can I say, it's Mexico and you have to expect things like that.
Luckily I had made a backup reservation at Avis, which was the only other agency open that late.
