Air New Zealand Air Points - Lhr-lax

Flew ANZ from LHR-LAX for the first time last weekend. This was after a 36 hour trip to the UK (I flew UA from JFK on the way out). ANZ in Business were really good. def the best option to LAX-I have flown BA, UA, Virgin and they dont even come close. Great service, fantastic seats (I slept for 6 hours), great entertainment, ok food. Only strange thing was that no menus were provided so it was kind of hit and miss. I was in 7H and it was a great seat. Lounge choice at LHR-if you are Star Gold go for the SQ lounge. Much better than UA red carpet club which, like UA service from JFK-LHR is very very basic. They are a great airline-similar to SAA which I also like

Glad you enjoyed your flight. I notice that sometimes NZ crew put the menus in the seat pocket before pax board - perhaps you didn't get this pointed out?

7H is an odd seat number. AFAIK NZ uses only A and K for rows 1-7 on the refitted 747.

SQ silver kris lounge and AC/SK london lounge are both much nicer than UA RCC at LHR T3.
