Hilton HHonors - eAdvantage

I did a search on the eAdvantage program and couldn't get some questions answered. My company has just set up to use the program. Is there a way to book company travel through the eAdvantage site (and get the bonus points) and personal travel seperately without my company accessing my personal travel information? Has anyone done this?

If your personal stays are not booked through eAdvantage, I don't see why they'd show up on the company's eAdvantage account, as the personal stays would be linked to your HHonors account only.

I have no direct experience with eAdvantage, but I don't see why stays not booked through it would show up there.
