Asia - Booking Shanghai hotel on wotif.com

Does anyone know if the tax-inclusive rate on wotif.com includes the 15% service fee charged at Chinese hotels? I'm baffled... I even called their customer service and they aren't even sure. Thanks.

wotif.com rates are supposed to include all taxes and charges, so you can show up, check in, and leave without paying a cent (unless you raid the minibar). However, I haven't tried wotif in Shanghai, so take this with a grain of salt.
