Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - KLM - Northwest Codeshare Seat Question

OK here is the question. The flight is NW 34 SEA-AMS (Northwest Metal). If I book it (the fare is a bit cheaper this way) as KLM 6034, can I go into the NW website enter my AS MVPG number and select exit row/premium seats?

i havent ever done that, but you can call NW reservations after booking it and request exit row that way. all KL flights (codeshare reservations included) are handled by NW, so they would be able to put you in the exit row.

now that i think about it, i think i have been able to choose the seat online. klm flights show up on the nw website.
