Our buddy Sulsk is quoted in today's WSJ , personal journal section about how Jetblue is having problems and their fares are out of his range.

Jetblue should take this forum more seriously as plenty of outsiders, reporters, external sites etc are polling us basedon our posts.

I can say I was sourced for this story but my quote wasn't kept as it took a bit of a contrarian view of sulsk's (surprise surprise). I do not like what Jetblue has done of late both opertaionally and strategically and think they need to get their act together FAST.

I passed on the WSJ's invitation to participate (as I usually do), but you're right - Flyertalk is a well-known source of good sources for stories. Some airlines appreciate the opinions found on Flyertalk - wonder whether B6 does?

Does anyone have a copy of this WSJ article to post on here? It would be greatly appreciated.

It's unusual that sulsk finds jetBlue's fares 'too high' considering the fare cap on similar routes at other airlines.

As a person who does not work for jetBlue (I am just their biggest fan and a very loyal customer!), I would say that the overall mood on this message board is pro-jetBlue. It's a fact: jetBlue ranks # 1 (or sometimes # 2) in all the quality ranking polls...IFE, customer service, etc. And on-time performance is getting much better once again!
