JetBlue TrueBlue - JetBlue route is one way only?

I am trying to book a round trip flight between RDU and SEA using JetBlue.com, interesting thing is that you can only fly from RDU to SEA via JFK, but B6 doesn't offer flight for the other direction from SEA to RDU.. is this a bug in their website or it is their route design?

RDU is only starting off with JFK service. So if you want to go to SEA from RDU you are going to have to go through JFK no matter what. If you want you can run RDU-JFK-BOS-SEA but that seems out of the way to me. But for now the only way to get to SEA from RDU is through JFK.

Well not on B6—you can't.

I tried sample dates on your city pairs and I see what you mean. I then took a look at CLT-SEA roundtrip and it did show flights both ways. I would try telling "Speak Up" on jetblue.com your issue...there must be a reason, but none I can think of.
Hmmm...I thought there were no valid connections. Even if the 7:55-9:10 is illegal (which I doubt) 5:00-7:40 should work!
Arr RDU-JFK
7:55a
12:35p
5:00p
8:50p
Dep JFK-SEA
9:10a
7:40p

The 2 connections you mentioned actually are bookable, it's in the other direction (from Seattle to RDU) that there seem to be no bookable flights.
Flights from SEA-JFK arrive at 8:00AM and 9:20PM.
Flights from JFK-RDU depart at 8:30AM, 12:50PM, 4:50PM, and 9:25PM.
The possible transfers in the SEA-RDU direction are either tight (30 mins) or impossibly tight (5 mins), or more than 4 hours long. Perhaps they could allow the 30 minute connection and/or the 4 hour 50 minute connection, both from the redeye from Seattle.
Now, maybe they could do some SEA-BOS-JFK-RDU, but that wouldn't be time or cost effective, even if the connections worked. Or, they could just hire some perceptive flyertalkers to improve the flight schedule.
