MilesBuzz! - Require fax number or other info regarding UA matching status

I'm looking for the fax number or direct contact number for UA's dept that deals with comping status. I do want to fax them a letter, plus copies of my existing FF statements. I did email UA Plus and requested this info but have been misled twice now. Thanks for any help in this matter

Below is the message I got back from an e-mail I sent to UA’s MP website. I sent the requested documents as well as a copy of my AA Platinum card and a forward-looking statement about how I was looking forward to flying as a PE member in 2002. I got an e-mail in less than a week telling me that I was approved.
