I just finished getting my Sprint/UA bonus, and I'm looking to leave Sprint for a while and come back later. What LD company can I switch to? Is there still any other LD company that will give me anything to switch to them? Not necessarily miles, but anything at all? Maybe even just something to set up automatic credit card billing?

The telephone page on my website below may be of some help to you. In addition to Sprint, only some smaller companies offer miles for signing up. But you might like PhoneHog. And PowerNet Global, the very low cost long distance company I currently use and discuss on that page, bills automatically to my credit card.
Earthlink now offers 10,000 Northwest Airlines miles for its EarthLink trueVoice, a telephone service using your high speed internet service (need not be Earthlink's). Details (https://store.earthlink.net/cgi-bin/wsisa.dll/store/main.html?deal=nwavoicewdn) .
I suspect there will be other airline offers for the same service in the near future. I spent an hour or so looking for them and talking to numerous Earthlink customer service and sales people. No one is talking so far.
