Short answer, based on pin count, T23 and T30 memory is not interchangeable.
To figure out if the other devices are interchangeable, start here, http://www.ibm.com/products/finder/us/finders?pg=ddfinder, then select ThinkPad Notebook, you're forwarded to Lenovo's site, where you select the the Brand, Family, Type and possibly Model. Then click on parts information in the LH side.
Note that T23 and T30 come in different types; T23 in 2647 and 2648, and T30 in 2366 and 2367, and theres also the (typically) three character model number.
Easier way, if you're online with either system, look for the detect my system link in the beginning, and then look for parts lists. It can get confusing, reply back if any specific questions.
