Just booked the Royal Hawaiian at the cheapest rate of 320 for a mid-November stay with FHR. I have a few backup hotels in mind, and which reservation I keep partially depends on my relative chances for an upgrade at this hotel.
I've read one post in this forum that seems to indicate that an FHR uprgrade doesn't come easy. Any other experiences that support or deny this theory?
