Last Friday (4/7) I got the far left kiosk (at PHX) stuck in a loop during the seat changing portion. I used the e-mail form on Alaska's website for the My.AlaskaAir, but I was wondering if that would be the best people to send it to. I sent them to way I was able to get it to loop, but I did not provide them the video I was able to capture on my phone. In the end, the ticket agent had to check in me since the kiosk was stuck in a loop. It was pretty comical to see, being a former software tester :)
I have the video now, but it's only of the loop part, not how I got it into the loop.
