Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - Any Reviews of the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains?

I'll be staying there next week for the first time, but due to a recent change of business assignment, I'll likely be spending many, MANY nights in Phoenix over the next year or so. The website makes this property sound quite intriguing, unique even. What will I experience there as a platinum?
