American Express Membership Rewards - Centurion: Does Raffles L Ermitage have 1 night free rate?

I booked Raffles L Ermitage of CA United States for Centurion 1 night free rate through Centurion travel desk, but the next day I had a call from AMEX saying that Raffles L Ermitage didn't have the one night free rate through a year. Certainly, the itinerary on Galileo View Trip doesn't show the one night free benefit.
#I know Raffles L Ermitage doesn't offer the one night free for Centurion Suite. I'm mentioning the normal rate for Centurion member.

My Centurion member benefits book of Japan includes Raffles L Ermitage for one night free program, so I think the possible answer is one of 2.
1. Japanese Centurion member benefits book has the errata.
2. Raffles L Ermitage is in effect a breach of the agreement for Centurion program.

Would you check the Centurion member benefit book of US or other countries?
If Raffles L Ermitage includes the one night free benefit, I think the answer is the above number 2 with regret.

I haven't used the free night at Raffles yet, but the Mandarin Oriental benefit is subject to blackout periods. Perhaps this applies to the date of your reservation?

I just thought the same thing as you, blackout dates.
When I asked Centurion travel desk, the desk said "Raffles L Ermitage doesn't offer the one night free benefit this year. It's not blackout".
