Sixt - SIXT: Overcharged me 4 months ago and won't respond to my inquiries

I need help. I rented a car in the Netherlands by Sixt in December and was overcharged. In early January, I contacted Sixt to have this resolved. First I spoke with Sixt US customer relations who told me I must fax to the Germany dept. I did fax my reservation info and my invoice with a note pointing out the discrepancy. I heard nothing from them. 2 weeks later, I called again and was given an email address to which to send my inquiry. I emailed and heard nothing for 2 weeks. I then heard back from the customer service rep via telling me that she required me to list for her in my email all of the pertinent info with invoice number, reservation number, etc. I did this and heard nothing for another 2 or 3 weeks. She then said she looked at it and see no discrepancies (but it is clear as day -- one says a base price completely different from the other and the totals work out differently). I asked if she received my earlier fax to show her and if not, could I fax it to her. She said sure, fax my reservation and invoice to them. Yet again, I did this, with a note. That was the end of February. I have yet to hear anything from them. I have emailed several times since then asking for the status and have heard absolutely nothing in return. What else do I do? Ideas? Their customer service seems to be terrible, which it also was when I was making the reservation. I should have realized then to book with AutoEurope instead!
I always got an answer within hours or days.
Did sent my complains to kundenservice@sixt.de

I second this. Sixt customer service center is pretty good and fast. In my opinion one of the best in rental industry. But there are always exeptions as we can see above. sinfonia, please let as know how it works out for you.
Cheers and good luck

I can't believe it. I finally received an email this AM telling me they have changed my invoice and will be crediting the difference to my credit card. I want to thank you because it's because of the email address you posted that this got done. I've been calling Germany and the Netherlands and faxing constantly to no avail, and emailing that address (and following up with faxing again) is what did it.
Thanks!!
