Hey folks !

I need advise to compare +/- for award booking to LAX ex germany !

What are the most important features of NZ Premier C ?

I already checked the webpage for visual things (the usual airline stuff)...

If anyone has experience with LH C (new+old) please feel free to leave me your comment to make my decision easier.

Thanks in advance,

Unless you need to be on the internet while flying, I'd take NZ's new C over LH's new C (old C is not even in the running, IMHO).

NZ's C is much more of a 'suite' than a 'seat'. You get a flat and horizontal bed (no 9º incline). The IFE is, IMO, superior. And I found NZ's C service to be top notch in comparison with what I've received on LH C. The catering may be comparable, but I prefer the wine selection on NZ.

If you want more details about NZ's new C, I'd suggest you search thru some of the threads. There are plenty of testimonials... but if you have any specific questions, ask away.

I've only flown LH (new) C once and not NZ C at all, but based on my limited experience I'd agree with the above. LH new C has a few nice bells and whistles re IFE and seat adjustment, but overall I was underwhelmed. Couldn't get the internet option to work, but that was not big deal for me anyway. Service and food were OK but nothing special, cabin had a crowded feel to it even with the new, more spacious C. From what WindFlyer and many others have written about NZ's new C, it sounds like no contest.

Ive just done LHR-LAX in NZ C and LAX-LHR via FRA in LH C... Hands down NZ wins by a mile!!! For someone travelling alone its hard to beat NZ for privacy, comfort and service!
