Since no one is gonna start a trend on the new "Sincerly, jetBlue"... I guess I'll do it. So what does everyone think about it? I thought the phone calls are funny. The ones to 1800 jetBlue. I think its just one person calling the 1800 number several times with different situations and see how jetBlue reps handle the situation overthe phone. In addition, I thought the animation is a bit funny, especailly the one about the "call button" that David talks about.
Just with some negative posts going around recently, I think this should make this fourm a bit more positive.

The new "Sincerely, jetBlue" campaign is pretty cool. For those of you who don't know, a link to it is on the homepage of www.jetblue.com
With a $25 million budget, it should definitely do well and help build their loyal customer base. The Ad Store did some great things for jetBlue...it looks like JWT is on the same road for jetBlue's advertising and marketing success. And what I like about this ad campaign is that it goes further than just print and media...such as the story telling booth to tour BlueCities and the free snack boxes.

A recent NY Times article (within the last couple of days) had an extensive description of the new campaign.

The adds are terrible in my opinion. While they attempted to be different as UA has been doing, they missed the mark.
