Has anybody got an e-mail address for the SEN Hotline, which he/she could PM me? The Call centre in CPT is driving me nuts (nothing new here) and I am not in the mood phoning Germany and having to hold on for hours because LH decided to cancel LH 576/577 on a short notice and I have five return flights to rebook.

Hello to CPT,
I would recommend you to go to the ticket counter at your local airport!
In case you have paper tickets they can immediately stick them to the changes and in case it's an etix they can actually print you a confirmation.
I would try that instead of writing a long email or phoning a long time to the SEN hotline!

Done that to to no avail. I have been able to rebook some segments but other than that they just keep referring to the call centre which would sort me out before the flight. I would not have noticed that LH cancelled these flights if I had not come across it by chance.
BTW: an e-ticket is not safe the moment you fly with an airline that's not on the same reservation system, especially if no ticket numbers are issued (or published) as LH usually does - I had some big trouble in this regard some three weeks ago in MUC when without th ehelp of some very dedicated LH staff I most probably would still hang around in MUC.
