Air New Zealand Air Points - Problems with NZ booking engine

I have tried many times to "select flights" ex AKL to YVR or vv. The booking engine allows me to go as far as selecting flights, then comes up with an apology message. Before go through the process, I change the NZ site to that of the departure country.
I have no problem booking and searching flights on the site as long as it is all on NZ metal.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a common problem?

IIRC to get codeshares to work you need to select the right booking entrance (the website has more than one which uses different engine and parameters :rolleyes: ).

Try the multi-city booking option (select book online then multi-city)?

OTOH could just be the booking engine is down.

Edited to add - multi-city booking option seems to work right now.
