Starwood Preferred Guest - Is It Worth It?

Question for those who have experienced both [or just have an opinion]:

Is the Westin Paris for two nights in August worth the 75,000 Amex MR points xfered to SPG vs. 50,000 points xfered to HHonors for the Paris Hilton?

I usually stay with friends or on rare occasions places like the George Cinq or some small boutique hotel. I have never stayed at either of these properties though the Westin looks a bit nicer, but is it worth the difference.

Keep in mind unless you are HHonors diamond, it might be difficult to secure reward stay at Hilton Paris during peak season.

I prefer the Westin location. There is more to do and see nearby IMO - and Angelinas (http://www.thedailystar.net/magazine/2004/05/03/trends.htm) is right around the corner.
