JetBlue TrueBlue - Online check in

Flying JetBlue this Saturday for the first time and just read up on the online check in option. I recently did this with USAir and found it most convenient. I'm looking for information about the baggage check in situation at Logan Airport. It's not clear to me where to check in my baggage once I've checked in online. I understand I will already have baggage tags as a result of the online check in but where do I take my bags when I get to the airport? Thanks for any help.

Thanks, I'm sure I'll find it just fine. The write up makes it sound as if the counter is past security which doesn't make sense.

You will not get bag tags at home if you checkin online; your boarding pass will have your bag tag number instead of having the stickers attached as a reciept.
