Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Help needed!

I am flying pn LH, LHR-EZE next week via FRA on business (Z class). My companion is flying in first. :mad:

1-Will I be able to use the first class lounge with him at FRA?
2-What are the chances of an upgrade to First when flying together with a First class passanger?.

You can be glad your companion is in F, no need for the mad smily, since your companion can take you into the F/HON Lounge or FCT.

Upgrade only against vouchers, miles or paying up to the F fare, I guess no free upgrade.

Precisely. You will really appreciate it that your companion is in F when you get access to the FCT.
Moreover you're at least in C which is more than worthwile on a flight to EZE. I would only understand your complaints if you travelled in Y which is not very amusing on this very long flight.
