So I've gone through most of the useful bonuses on personal cards, and on business cards under my LLC.
As a backstory, I'm annoyed that I got ~35 - 40k less bonus points for having a Business Platinum instead of (or instead of in addition to) a Business Gold last year. Only consolation prize after complaining to Amex was 10k MR points. Not caring about a credit dip for the next while for a variety of reasons, I've opened a few extra accounts for bonuses...
Anyways, I've gotten the Delta Platinum Skymiles bonus under a personal card and under a card for my primary business (an LLC with its own EIN) in the past. Got the full intro bonuses for both.
I just recently got a Delta Platinum Skymiles card under a different business name ("<my last name> Associates".) Will I get full bonus intro points for this card, or am I not eligible since I got points from a different business? The card does show up under a separate business entity online. Amex did not have an answer when I called them.
(Also interestingly, I got an EIN from the IRS for my sole proprietorship, but American Express called me and we ended up taking the EIN off my application as I was applying as a sole proprietor and they don't like processing non-actually-incoporated entities with anything but your SSN.)
