Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Any PL experience w/ HNL's Executive Center zone?

I've searched the three sites I know of (B4T, BB & FT) and can't find anyone who's bid in this zone. Anyone have any idea on what the 2*/3* hotels are going for? TIA
