A quick question....
Why is it that if you live in America, you can get the Hilton AMEX or CITIBANK cards and get so many points when you take the card out? BUT, if you get the UK Hilton Credit card you get nothing???
There also seems to be this trend for Airline Credit cards in USA. Yet, UK customers get nothing. Anyone know why?
In general there is much more competition on credit cards market in the US than in Europe. That's why each credit card issuer has to give out great offers in order to attract customers...

I got 10,000 points when I acquired mine and it appears they still offer 5,000 points on issue, as well as HH Silver for the first year.

Thanks for that. I checked the site and didnt see anything about 10,000 points given when you open the account. Can you cut and paste the bit that you saw giving 10,000 points?

It's no longer 10,000 - now 5,000. Click the "Card Benefits" link on the landing page.
