Eligible Rate stays are stays at all rates except wholesale/tour operator packages, contracted airline crew rates...etc.

But does the Airlines Employee discount offered by the hotels count as Contracted Airlins Crew Rates?

In most cases, yes. In my experience at least.

Where on the official Hilton websites may I find the definition of an "Eligible Rate"?

I recall that I am allowed to book on any Hilton Family booking channel and also on the websites of Hilton's official airline partners.

Nonetheless, I cannot find these pieces of information online. Any inputs from your side would be appreciated ^
