Hertz - Hertz call centers

I've called the Hertz reservations line several times and keep reaching the same person. I've tried different times of the day (10pm vs. 11am).

I don't really have a problem with it, I'm just curious if the calls to the reservations center gets directed to a specific location depending on where you are calling from??

Hertz in Europe have a European Service centre based in Dublin. Here calls from the following markets are dealt with:
UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
Calls are routed so that if you call Hertz Spain then your are answered by agents serving the spanish market and so on.
The entire back office operations for Hertz Europe also happen here i.e customer services, fleet , finance etc......
Sometimes if large volumes ofcalls are waiting to be answered at US call centers then they are able to divert these to be answered by the european call centre and vice versa.
I have worked there for at least 2 years in Dublin, thought I might share this with you all.
