Hertz - damaged car by act of god

Has anyone heard anything about this? Someone mentioned that you will be charged for any damage caused by an act of god.

There are some bits in the small print excluding Hertz for any liability due to (I think) terrorism, nuclear accidents and so on.

I'm not sure if plagues of locusts, burning bushes, or suchlike are included ;)

Thanks. I thought that was how it has been. This person said damage such as hail, parking under a tree that drips sap etc.
