South - Best Brunch in NashvilleView Full Version : Best Brunch in Nashville cur Mar 7, 06, 12:17 am Well, which one? Anywhere in the Greater Nashville Area! MADflyer Mar 7, 06, 9:08 pm Tin Angel on West End, Margot's or Red Wagon in East Nashville and quite a long list actually depending on taste. The Loews Vanderbilt Plaza Hotel and the Capitol Grille in the Hermitage Hotel both do nice brunches as well. cur Mar 8, 06, 12:27 am Thanks ^ ;) taipeipeter Mar 8, 06, 12:31 am Or you could think not about elegance but the cultural experience: Shoney's, never more than a few miles away from any spot in greater Nashville. orfflyer Mar 10, 06, 7:49 pm If you want cultural, go to the Loveless Cafe - 20 miles west of Nashville - down 100 I think, whatever Broadway turns into - right near the Natchez Trail. The best biscuits and smoked breakfast meats you'll find. :p enigmamatt Mar 18, 06, 10:41 pm When I lived there the best brunch was Mere Bulles. They closed the one downtown, but there is one in Brentwood in an old manor house. It is located in Maryland Farms. B-wood is about 10 miles south of the city. miguel0881 Mar 19, 06, 12:14 am Our favorite is Germantown Cafe, with a great view of downtown: http://www.germantowncafe.com/ hhoope01 Mar 28, 06, 9:19 pm Its been a while since I lived in the Nashville area, but on Sunday's the Opryland Hotel used ot have a very nice brunch. And the scenery at the hotel complex was truly awesome. The barbecue and eggs, with a side of grits and a mimosa is a pretty amazing way to start a weekend. :D The Natchez Trail is also a pretty drive. www.lovelesscafe.com (http://www.lovelesscafe.com) chuckd Mar 31, 06, 2:49 pm Cracker Barrel? |
