More than once we made hotel reservation on P.com directly. When trying to make a change in it later-well before arrival-the hotel or P verbally would say you caanot since it was made by your Travel Agent, since we have their IATA # on your reservation. They need to call.

To further confuse this Priorityclub agents said that they do not show any TA IATA # on our account. Nor does our profile.

Have you had this problem? The only guess we have is that there was a promo in 05 or late 04 that if you added some banks travel department you received extra promo bonus points. Is it possible that they are trying to stick this to your account forever? The IATA starts with 99 and ends with 85, according to the hotels.

Many of the online booking bonus promos involved an IATA number being attached to your bookings. You could try deleting all your PC cookies - this may do the trick. Or amend your profile - corporate codes can be stored in your profile.
