Flying to Austin on 1065, a 1:30 departure out of JFK.
I checked out both lines thru security.
The left side, the lower gates are the way to go thru security, much less people at 1130 am.
Gate Agent Furqan Siraj provided me with many answers including how a communication problem between all agents was the problem on feb 12-13 snowstorm.
