The first couple of years, I found the Transportation Security Administration sleuths entertaining as they interrogated me about having two sizes of nail clippers in my shaving kit, a one-inch hammer on my key chain and other "potential weapons."

Another article delineating what we all feel about airport screening. We are no safer flying because of the TSA screening procedures at Airports in the USA. :(

The TSA agents have been trained to recognize that the presence of a cigar cutter implies an intention to smoke a cigar on-board. The complete protocol is: (1) seize lighters and matches (2) seize cigar cutters (3) seize cigars.

And if they are Cuban - seize smuggler!
