Today I saw a J Class on Cathy Pacific for award booking open via the Cathy Pacific website and the Quanta website, and I try to call AA to book in to the CX flight using AA miles, the person on the AA phone line said there is not any J inventory on the CX flight on that particular date of travel that I see that is open in the Cathy Pacific website. Has anyone experience that? Inventory available for Asia Miles but not available for AA Advantage Miles.
