An elderly family member is being offered Verizon's $15/month DSL service in Washington, DC and has a choice of either Verizon Yahoo! or MSN Premium. Either service is included with the $15 fee so there would be no need to continue to pay her existing AOL monthly fee.
She has been a long-standing AOL member (*via dial-up!*) and is quite concerned about the migration process to a new online service. She is familiar with the "look and feel" of AOL and does not use typical email clients or web browsers.
Appreciate any comments / suggestions for helping her move forward in the broadband world.
