A "misleading" British Airways TV advert has been pulled by watchdogs following complaints.
The BA ad showed a man typing on a laptop computer in his flat and then walking – as if into the next room – to his seat on a plane.
The voiceover said: "Only at ba.com can you check in online and print your own boarding pass, so you’ll never have to queue at check-in again. Choose your seat, change your booking, find hire cars and hotels. So whether you’re flying on holiday or on business, start your journey at ba.com."
