Picked up a car recently at CMH and found that they were charging $11.95 per day for Neverlost. I'd never paid more than $9.95 any place else. Anyone else seen something similar?

I was charged $9.95 just 3 weeks ago. I checked the Web site, and it still shows $9.95. Hope your $11.95 is not a forthcoming system-wide change..

I have not seen $11.95 yet, but a 20% increase is enough to keep me off of NL.

I picked up a car from CVG last Wed and dropped it off at CMH on Thursday with Neverlost and they charged me $9.95. However, since your originating location was CMH, my situation probably doesn't apply.
Why would they charge more for Neverlost at one location vs another? You might want to call Hertz and ask them what the deal is.

I imagine it's all about CMH being a franchise location. I don't even think they'll confirm NL in advance there -- you have to request at the counter and if they have it you get it.
