We received the following email today and, per the reporter's request, thought we'd post it up here in case any of you would like to offer your expertise:

Hello. My name is Jim Carlton, and I'm a reporter for the Wall Street Journal. I'm working on a story giving travel tips to our readers on the best way to use technology on a trip. For example, which airport has the best Wi-Fi? What's the best way to print out vacation photos from your digital camera? I ran across your flyer forum, and would love to pick your brain for any travel tips you or your readers might like to offer. (i.e. toting an extension cord with multiple connections?) If you could participate in this story, please include your age, hometown, official occupation, and a phone number. I'd return the favor by making sure to send you an e-copy of the piece once it's published in early April timeframe. I really appreciate any help you can give. I'd also appreciate if you could ask anyone in the forum if they'd like to contribute ideas to this story. Feel free to post (my) email and ask them to contact me by email directly.

Email Jim Carlton (Jim.Carlton@wsj.com)

We thinks he might have stumbled upon the right place :p

If FT charged journalists $100 per story idea found here, Randy would own Colorado Springs.
