Starwood Preferred Guest - Timeshare presentation- didn't get pts!

In Disney I sat in on Vistiana Villages and was promised either 5000-6000 pts ( have to look for paper). Instead I got 2700 pts which is an odd #. I emails SPG but never heard a response. Has anyone else been in this situation?

When you left the presentation, they should have given you a certificate for the points. Did they give you one?

My wife and I have attended at least six SVO presentations and have never experienced a problem. On the back of my latest Starpoints Gift Certificate it gives me a number to call if I don't see the points posted to my account in 30 days. If you can't find your cert, call the Vistana resort where you attended the presentation and ask for the sales office and alert them to your problem. I'm sure they'll take care of it.
