Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Asia Miles Customer Service

Can someone guide me/provide me information on how i can escalate issues encountered with Asia Miles? I've been trying to recoup overcharged amount to my credit card since October 2005, but i havent had anyone contacted me nor has the overcharged been returned to me.

It is very frustrating. Has someone experienced the same? :mad:

Your best bet is to speak to a Ticketing Supervisor regarding your overcharged amount. Or if you care to tell us exactly what happened, we may be able to offer suggestions.
