Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - AZ ticket question

I have 2 one way super discounted from ATH-FCO I purchased in Aug for my honeymoon for travel in April. I did not realize at the time I could add this flight to my skyteam F award I have booked. Needless to say, I now have business on the same flight but have 2 one way tixs I will not need. Will AZ allow me to "purchase up" to a refundable Y? If not, any other ideas on how to get some value out of these (I dont think I will be flying any part of AZ for a while!)
