Mexico - Wanted to rent-large house

My son is graduating from High School this year and we thought it would be fun to rent a large house either in Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, or Cabo San lucas area. We would go along as chaperones and he would be taking 4-5 friends and at least one other set of parents. We want it to be fun for them but not crazy! Any recommendations for companies that we should deal with? It would be great to have a cook and housekeeper included.

I recommend www.vrbo.com. This is Vacation Rentals by Owner. I have used them in Mexico and Europe with great success. Haven't used it in the are you're interested in, but have been investigating that part of Mexico, and there are plenty of large homes thru vrbo. You email the owner directly and can establish a relationship. They will often offer to hire a cook for you for an additional charge. I am a big believer in vrbo.
