So I decieded to finally cash in some Award points.
Called the Gold desk and got transfered to someone who made my reservation using the reward.
But the last time I did this I had to get a paper certificate.
The lady on the phone seemed to indicate everything was taken care of, but didn't sound like she had done it before.
Is Hertz really paperless now?
