Hilton HHonors - MyPoints Not Posting to Hilton Honors?

I transferred 2000 pts from MyPoints to Hilton last week after buying my Amtrak ticket, but nothing has posted to my Hilton account. I was expecting to see something this morning since I'd heard the update happens on Thursday nights. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I be concerned?

Same here: nothing posted last night. On the MyPoints site they still show "Pending redemption".

Previous transfers always showed up in my HHonors account on Friday morning.
Apparently many of us didn't have any points posting last night, so hopefully it is a problem with MyPoints or Hilton and has nothing to do with the individual account.

With all these nice offers on MyPoints last week (I accrued about 7000 points for less than 6$) they maybe ran out of HHonors points http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I got an email indicating I have to fax them a copy of my ID for futher identification.

It's been a week since I bought my Amtrak ticket and tried to convert 3,000 MyPoints to HHonors. My order remains at "Pending Processing." I called MyPoints to find out what the deal was, and they just said, oh, it takes a while sometimes with no indication of how long the wait might be. In my experience, MyPoints has been absolutely horrendous in both posting points to my account and to HHonors. It's frustrating.

I just tried to check my account and It has been disabled. I bought Amtrak ticket last week and the points posted to my account. I hope something hasn't gone wrong. Paranoia??
Any ideas?

If you check your weekly account statement in MyPoints it will tell you the date when it will most likely post to HH. Mine says first week in April. I think they do monthly now instead of weekly. I also have 5000 points pending.

I sent an e-mail to MyPoints asking what the deal was. No response. Today I checked again. My MyPoints account is *still* disabled and still no points on my Hilton account. Has anyone else had this problem?

If the Hilton points doen't post till April fine, but it would be nice if they'd un-disable my account or at least let me know what the deal is.

A few months ago,had similar experience. Put in for redemption of mypoints to HHonors and next day my account was disabled. After futile emails, and some persistent phone calls, I was asked to fax some ID. Once I did that my account was back up again-however the transfer to Hilton never took place. If you go thru some posts on this board, you will find that an attempt at redemption sometimes kicks in the account disabling-identity checking procedure. But once u fax them the ID info, your account should be OK though.

My Amtrak points posted about a week after I did the transfer. Now I am waiting for the Tupperware points to post.

I redeemed 2500 MyPoints for 2500 HH points Nov, 2005. T0 date the 2500 points have not been posted to my HH account.

I've sent several emails to MyPoints and always get the same reply "...someone will contact you within 72 hours....please don't send multiple requests about the same matter..this will only slow us down further...", well, 72 hours have more than come and gone. I've sent 3 emails, all with the same canned reply. I also called last week, got some guy who sounded like he wasn't sure what he was talking about, kept putting me on hold, then said there had been a problem with HH, and I should have my points in "about a week or so". He also said he would give me another 100 HH points "for my trouble". Well, still no points, not even the 100 "bonus" points.

Has anyone else had trouble getting MyPoints to post to their HH account? They used to post within a day or so. I really need the points for an upcoming vacation. Any other contacts to light a fire under them? I tried contacting HH, but they said the problem was with MyPoints, not them.

My first one in November posted after 5 weeks - I did another 2500 points on 20 December which hasn't - I did email them and they said "up to 8 weeks" and if no joy them email them again.

My last transfer took over 6 weeks and numerous back and forth emails to mypoints. The rep said that there was problem because my Hilton email address was different than my mypoints email address. This was never a problem before! I did finally get the points.

Apparently, the service at Mypoints has slowed down considerably lately especially for HHOnors points

When I sign into mypoints, I am unable to redeem for anything. Most sites are blank and others are temporarily out of stock. I have mypoints on my settings to always allow. I have been redeeming for years. Still getting email and points are going up. Need Hhonors points. Is this only happening to me? Should I try to call them to make a redemption?

I am still waiting for December Amtrak transfer to post. I will give it one more week then start calling to find out what happened.

The other thread in SPAM has people reporting points now being posted. Went to my wife’s and my own account and the points are posted after redemption back on December 18, 2005. Time to do a new Mypoint redemption.

I have been having trouble with a redemtion for UA miles, I am now over 4 months, so far I just keep getting emails promising that they are looking into it.

Mine posted in a few weeks as well. Hit or miss, I guess.

same problem here: 6 weeks without seeing any posting, i contacted mypoints by email. no response until the 4th try, at which point their instruction was to wait another 6 weeks. 8 weeks after that, the points posted. total time from redemption to actual posting: 21 weeks.

i've now canceled my mypoints account, it's just not worth the time to me.

My mid-December points finally posted this weekend.

I think they are having problems. My points transfer posted twice. I called sent an email and called the customer service number but they can't seem to understand or help me. I'm giving up at this point and since it is in my favor I would think the worst that could happen is they pull 1/2 the points back.

Points deducted March 11 still have not posted for me to Hilton. I cannot imagine in this electronic age what takes so long. The pony express was faster. No reply from MyPoints either.
