Las Vegas - Help! Best Deal for THEhotel@MandalayBay+ Air (UAL) for Mar 5-8?

Help! Looking for the best deal for 2 night stay at The Hotel at Mandalay Bay for March 5th to the 8th. In the past I've found good deals but have been seaching lots of packages with no luck. Cheapest is around $450 each. (4 people, 2 rms plus air on UAL from sfo-las)

There are two moderately large conventions during your proposed dates:

ASSOCIATED SURPLUS DEALERS / ASSOCIATED MERCHANDISE DEALERS (ASD/AMD) - Mar 5-9 - 52,000 delegates

NIGHTCLUB & BAR CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW - Mar 7-8 - 38,000 delegates


These numbers don't necessarily mean a sold-out city, but they probably do make the room supply tighter.

I've booked at THEhotel@MandalayBay for about $450 each thru Travelocity. Decided not to wait any longer in order not to miss the hotel we want. Decided that if the price goes down may be able to change it if the change fees don't wipe out the savings (did this in the past and saved a lot).
