THE CAVIT "GOURMET PIZZA CLASSIC" SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") starts on 1/1/06 and ends on 3/31/06 (the "Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter via the Internet by logging on to the website at www.cavitcollection.com http://www.cavitcollection.com/pizza (the "Entry Site") and following the directions for Sweepstakes entry; (providing your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and (if applicable) your e-mail address ["Online Entry"]). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (PST) ON 3/31/06. ONLY ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
GRAND PRIZE (one [1] will be awarded): The Grand Prize consists of a five (5) day - four (4) night stay to Italy for two (2) persons including (i) round trip ("R/T") economy class air transportation (via air carrier(s) selected by Sponsors) between the major US gateway city airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's home and a New York area airport selected by Sponsors), (ii) hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) for four (4) consecutive nights, (iii) Tickets to "The World Pizza Championship".
