Mileage Run Deals - Newbie question on NWA miles

Hello,

I am new to this forum and to air miles but I am planning a couple of trips this year and would LOVE some help with my plan to maximize my air miles.

Here is my plan,

I am going to sign up to NWA refer a friend program http://www.nwa.com/offers/referafriend/ and the 100K dash program http://www.nwa.com/offers/dash/. and also http://www.nwa.com/offers/skyteam5p/

I am planning a trip to Bangkok (From SEA) in February so I would earn roughly 14860 miles + the refer a friend bonus of 4000miles. Plus the 2000 miles Intercontinental bonus. Is that right?

If I take the Hawaii deal on NWA vacations in March would I earn 5340 miles for the flights plus another 3500 miles from the refer a friend bonus? Almost 9000 miles for $240 and two day in Hawaii seems like a good deal to me.

Is my rookie math on the miles right? Thanks in advance.

It is a good deal... but you only get the 3000+ bonus miles on the Hawaii NWA vacation, if you referred a friend that took advantage of the trip, or you got referred yourself, and went on the trip.

but I would get if someone else refered me to NWA? I have never flown on NWA.

Yes, you will get an additional 3000+ bonus miles if somebody refers you, and you check-in for your NWA flight online at nwa.com

The thing is that you need to figure out how to use Flyertalk's PM (private mail), so you can contact somebody directly. I'm sure lots of people here would love to refer you.
