Yes-
Just call the members shop number, and ask for a "Points tip" into your FC account. Usually appear in 7 days.

It's 1:1, I think you can only do this once and you might have to change to the airmiles credit card. (but i could be wrong).

You can do it more than once - I did it several times last year alone.
They won't get you to switch to the miles card - I have both (historically), and just do a points tip every now and then.
