Maintain Diamond VIP status by completing...
1,012 more qualifying base points before the end of January 2007
Does this mean if i got another 1012 points i will be diamond until 2008 ???
i had 200K base points in 2005 .
why are they still not showing until when our status is good ?

Rolling tier qualification.....nobody knows whats going on.
Better still, email (not call, get it in writing) and ask that very specific question to the diamond desk. Express your concern that the program rules are not easily understood and as such you'd prefer a written explanation with specifics from your account as well as how they impact the length of your requalification.
Then post the reply here and we can try and decipher the doublespeak :D

my status is good until 2007/04. i got an email from the diamond service.
after my next stay i am good until 2008/4...
that would be the logical consequnce... but anyway, this month i will collect another 80K base points (triple base points at conrads) .
but i like the rolling tier thing... its much easier to keep status..

As I understood it the 200% bonus basepoints do not count towards accrual or renewal of status, only "real" basepoints count towards status.

This is correct. Per HHonors T&Cs, any extra points derived from double/triple base point promos count as bonus points, and not towards base points.

my rolling tier now says ... 122 More points before january 2007...
so i think if i get one stay i am fine until 2008/4
