Las Vegas - Vacation Homes or Condos in Vegas...?

Okay, who has looked into doing this? I got the impression from my latest trip that the condo market is now heading into a glut. Anybody here seriously considered buying a vactaion condo in Vegas. Or, say a vacation home in the Lake Las Vegas area?

It's kind of hard to get excited about Vegas condos when my room and incidentals are sometimes comped. Also, if I wanted to spend my days waiting for elevators, I'd move back to Manhattan.
